Trained and experienced in a variety of technical and mechanical skills including:
Property Inspections:
Providing inspections of new and/or resale homes and commercial properties assessing the condition of the structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and equipment systems.
Mold Assessment Consultant:
Providing visual inspections of properties and sampling air and materials for environmental assessments relating to mold. Writing remediation plans for clean up of mold.
Municipal Inspector:
Providing inspections for various cities in the central Texas area: Austin, Bastrop, Cedar Park, Elgin, Kyle, Lago Vista, Lake Way, Leander, Manor, Wimberley, West Lake Hills, Wood Creek. Ensuring adherence to applicable building codes and plan reviews.
Construction Manager and Consulting:
As requested by owners/buyers, builders, developers and lending institutions. Ensuring compliance with plans, specifications and building codes for financial draws and/or percent completion of construction. Investigation of construction defects and material failures. Previous Construction Management of projects such as West End Condos, Phoenix House Rehabilitation Center and Manchaca Baptist Church.
Walk-Thru Inspector:
As requested by the buyer or builder for new homes, providing an orientation and punch list of defects in construction.
